Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon & Sugar Pita Chips
1 lb fresh strawberries
1 medium-size orange
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid
2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
1 medium peach, pitted and sliced into wedges
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Here’s the thing, if you want to work on your knife skills, you can certainly cut up all your fruit my hand. The ONE thing I would recommend chopping by hand is the orange. Otherwise, you will end up with orange juice!
Using a food chopper like this one, or a small food processor, like this one, chop strawberries, kiwis, and peach, until you have your desired consistency. Transfer to serving/mixing bowl and add diced orange and pineapple. Stir gently to combine. Add 1 to 2 tsps reserved pinapple juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir gently again and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
